Customer Service Manager

Position: Customer Service Manager

Salary: $68,000 + Superannuation

Location: Milton, Brisbane QLD

We are looking for a Client/customer Service Manager to join our team.

A Client Service Manager plans, administers and reviews customer service and after-sales services, and maintains sound customer relations.  

Manage the client service team in the Brisbane Branch.

Your Responsibilities

• Relationship building;

• Researching the market and related products;

• Presenting our services in a structured professional way face to face or visa the internet;

• Working closely with the marketing specialist.

Your Tasks

Customer Service Manager daily work generally includes:

• Managing the client service team in Brisbane

• Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;

• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and visa telephone calls and emails;

• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;

• Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries

• Have regular meeting with client service team

• Acting as a contract between a company and its existing and potential markets;

• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;

• Gathering market and customer information;

• Representing the organisation at trade exhibitions, seminar events and demonstrations;

• Negotiation on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;

• Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;

• Creating client agreements, often as part of a formal bidding process that is largely dictated by the prospective customer;

• Liaising with the legal team to check the progress of existing orders;

• Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering into our computer system LMS;

• Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements;

• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;

• Feeding future buying trends back to the employer

• Monitor and minimise customer complain and work towards a positive and successful customer relationship;

• Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues;

• Harmoniously work together with migration agent and team to achieve desired level of cooperation.


• Diploma or;

• At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above.

• 3 years’ experience in a similar role desirable;

• Migration law knowledge desirable.
